Honor and Memorial Giving

Honor a friend or remember a loved one by making a gift to The BeatHeart Foundation.

A memorial gift is a thoughtful way to remember, honor, or celebrate someone important to you. Memorial gifts keep the memory of your loved one alive and have lasting impact.

An honorary gift is a powerful way to express your love and make a difference. Honorary gifts can be made in honor of a birthday, in lieu of flowers, or just to thank a special friend.

An honor or memorial gift made to The BeatHeart Foundation is a thoughtful way to honor someone whose life has been impacted by addiction. Your gift can recognize milestones in someone in recovery’s life or express the sense of loss when someone loses their battle with this disease.   It’s a wonderful way to acknowledge and commemorate the significant people in your life and to support a worthy cause.

How to Make Your Gift

Donate Online: If you choose to donate online and you are making a gift in honor or in memoriam, please go to our "Donate Page." After selecting your gift amount on the donation form, check the "Yes" box next to "This is a tribute gift." Then enter the honoree's name, write a brief passage about the honoree (optional) and continue on with the rest of the donation form.

Donate By Mail: If you choose to donate by mail, please print and complete our mail-in donation form and send your gift to our postal address:

4 Ridge Road

Revere, MA 02151

ATTN: Honor/Memorial Giving                                          or send to our email address: info@beatheartfoundation.org

Once your gift and donation form is received, the The BeatHeart Foundation will add your name and the honoree’s name to our “Tribute Page” acknowledging your gift. We will not share the amount of your contribution on the tribute page. If you check the "I'd like to make this gift anonymously" box, we will only add the name of the honoree to our Tribute Page.
